Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer to join their engineering team based near Crawley, supporting customers across the Southern region.

The Role

This is a field-based position, working alongside experienced engineers while developing your skills through hands-on training and structured learning. A full manual UK driving licence is essential.

About You

  • A genuine interest in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
  • Ideally hold a qualification in one of these disciplines (desirable but not essential)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment
  • Either hold an NVQ-level engineering qualification or be willing to undertake one (funded by the company, completed in your own time)
