Support Services Co-Ordinator in Liverpool | Full-Time
Join a fast-paced, customer-focused operations team. We’re looking for an organised, proactive Support Services Co-Ordinator to join our clients team in Liverpool. This is a key role at the heart of our clients operations, coordinating engineers, supporting customers, and ensuring work is delivered smoothly and professionally from start to finish. What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the central point of coordination between customers, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Manage customer accounts and act as a key point of contact, receiving and coordinating job requests via phone and email.
- Responsible for scheduling and allocating Field Service Engineers, while keeping customers updated with real-time information and expected times of arrival.
- Log jobs, track progress, and maintain accurate records using systems such as Joblogic.
- Process job sheets, support costing and invoicing activities, and respond to customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure purchase orders are obtained and approved before work begins, as well as maintaining job records for invoicing.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who can confidently balance organisation, communication, and attention to detail in a busy operational environment.
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or service support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of prioritising multiple tasks while working under pressure.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience working with engineers or field-based teams, familiarity with KPI-driven service environments, and knowledge of job management systems such as Joblogic would be advantageous.
