The Role
We are recruiting three exciting new early career roles to join a major cataloguing project at the V&A Wedgwood Collection. This role is perfect for you if you\βre interested in museum collections and archives, and bringing material behind the scenes to the widest public through high-quality online records and engaging digital content.
We Are Looking For
- Cataloguer (Collections) β a fixed-term role for 2 years 2 months supported by Art Fund focused on the V&A Wedgwood Collection\βs object collections.
- Cataloguer (Archives) β a fixed-term role for 2 years 2 months supported by Art Fund focused on the V&A Wedgwood Collection archive collections.
- Cataloguer (Majolica Project) β a fixed-term role for 8 months supported by the Majolica International Society.
You\βll be part of our small V&A Wedgwood Collection team based in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent, on the site of the working Wedgwood factory, and you\βll also work closely with colleagues across the V&A\βs family of sites. You\βll receive training on documentation, object handing, and other skills needed to help make the V&A Wedgwood Collection open to all.
