The V&A has an ambitious target to be Net Zero by 2035 and we have launched our new strategic Climate Action Plan 2025-2030. We are looking for a Sustainability Reporting and Data Analyst to help measure and report on our progress and environmental performance and to develop insights to support our strategic plan.

  • Lead on data collection and analysis to track progress against the Climate Action Plan and Greening Government Commitments.
  • Conduct full carbon assessments (Scope 1–3).
  • Identify trends and anomalies in data.
  • Develop dashboards.
  • Write clear, concise reports for a range of stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders and collaborate inter‑departmentally to improve data quality and support robust reporting.
  • Proactively adopt a solution‑focused approach with a passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Experience in full carbon assessments (Scope 1–3).
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to present technical data to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑focused.
