The Role: Permanent, Full Time vacancy. We are looking for a People Advisor to join our People and Change team. As a trusted advisor you’ll deliver expert guidance on employee relations, coach stakeholders at all levels, and support impactful change. You’ll bring strong ER and change‑management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and casework.
- Coach and support stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Lead and manage change initiatives within People and Change.
- Build strong relationships and act as a proactive, relationship‑focused self‑starter.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and confidence managing casework.
- Experience in employee relations and change‑management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make an immediate impact.
