The Collections Management department supports the delivery of collection standards, policies, and systems. This role is a Documentation Officer, part of a team of three, who support users of the Collections Management System.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support users of the Collections Management System.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to acquisitions.
  • Provide advice and conduct quality‑assurance checks.
  • Assist with management of collections information and systems.
