The role requires strong knowledge of project management methodologies, leadership skills, and effective communication with all stakeholders. What You\’ll Be Doing Understand client requirements, create detailed project plans, and track progress. Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with clients and third parties to maximize revenue. Support the account management team in identifying new projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Utilize project management tools to monitor and control progress. Manage project resources efficiently. Hire and oversee a flexible workforce across disciplines, providing clear instructions and ensuring timely payments. Identify and mitigate project risks. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Ensure high-quality project deliverables while managing budgets and profitability. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. Prepare regular project reports for internal teams and management. Lead and motivate project teams. Communicate project expectations clearly and timely. Resolve issues and conflicts within teams. Develop best practices and AI tooling for project execution and continuous improvement. Who You Are 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in services or SaaS environments. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, HubSpot). Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience or keen interest in AI projects is highly desirable. What’s in it for you 100% remote role with travel within the UK for key events.
