Contract Length: 18-20 Weeks

Start date: June 2026

Rate: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day demolition activities and site teams
  • Ensure full Health & Safety and CDM compliance
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
  • Produce RAMS and report on progress
  • Liaise with clients and local authorities
