Overview V7 are working with a close client who are currently seeking a Utilities Operations Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of circa £75,000 plus benefits, with hybrid working on offer. You will be joining a thriving business who are undergoing significant growth and you will be part of a forward thinking team.Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of EV charging and solar utility assets across multiple sites.Monitor and optimize asset performance using remote management and diagnostic tools.Manage field service teams and contractors for maintenance, repair, and installations.Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and utility regulations.Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulators.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and system efficiency.Collaborate with project and engineering teams on upgrades and new deployments.Build and maintain relationships with local utilities, vendors, and partners.To apply for this role please submit a copy of your CV.V7 Recruitment are an equal opportunities employer and are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
