About the Position
As Technical Manager, you’ll take ownership of the division’s technical function, providing guidance to engineers, resolving high-level technical challenges, and helping ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level security solutions across both installation and maintenance contracts.
Main Duties
- Lead on technical escalations across active projects and service contracts
- Provide practical support to field engineers both remotely and on-site when needed
