We are supporting a leading contractor delivering large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. Due to continued growth across several live programmes, the business is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to take ownership of Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery on a major project. This is a senior site leadership position responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, driving programme performance and ensuring the successful delivery of CSA works from construction through to handover.
Working alongside project, engineering, commercial and construction leadership teams, the successful individual will play a key role in the delivery of a technically complex project within one of Europe's fastest-growing construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of CSA project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme objectives.
- Lead site-based teams and specialist subcontractors across multiple work fronts, maintaining productivity, quality and delivery performance.
- Drive construction activities in line with project schedules, identifying and mitigating programme risks where required.
- Coordinate closely with commercial, engineering, planning and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, resource levels and progress against key milestones.
- Review technical information, construction documentation and project requirements to support efficient delivery and buildability.
- Lead project meetings, coordination workshops and progress reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support commercial performance through effective management of variations, change control and package delivery.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all project activities.
- Identify and resolve technical, design and coordination challenges before they impact programme delivery.
- Oversee project close-out activities including snagging, testing, handover and completion milestones.
- Previous experience operating as a CSA Project Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager, Package Manager or similar project leadership role.
- Strong background delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on major construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, site teams and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, programme management and construction sequencing.
- Ability to coordinate technical, commercial and operational workstreams within complex delivery environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
- Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing or other technically demanding construction sectors would be advantageous.
