The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established, family owned fire and life safety company that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Projects Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong fire alarm professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients, engineers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing fire alarm projects from handover through to completion
- Overseeing installation, commissioning, and final certification of fire alarm systems
- Ensuring all works are delivered in line with relevant standards (e.g. BS 5839)
- Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Managing project programmes, variations, and quality of works
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Fire Alarm Projects Engineer role
- Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant British Standards
- GENT experience highly desired
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- High attention to detail with good technical and commercial awareness
