Talent Development Associate & Systems Specialist at V7 Recruitment
As a Resourcer, you can expect training, development and full support from day one.
You will be working in a 180-position solely focusing on candidates.
You will be supporting Senior Recruitment Consultants and Managing Consultants on client projects by resourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
This role will involve:
- Writing effective adverts and advertising on job boards and various social media platforms
- Effective use of search techniques such as Boolean search strings
- Being highly proactive by utilising available resources such as Total Jobs, CV Library, Indeed, Sourcerbreaker
- Growing the database by consistently adding new, quality candidates
- Promoting jobs to new and existing candidates
- Contacting candidates via email and phone to assess their suitability for roles and level of interest
- CV reformatting and profile writing highlighting key strengths, qualifications and experience
- Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews
- Regularly asking for referrals to identify passive candidates
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and relevant for candidates
