My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London! Projects are mostly large residential schemes - new build and refurbishment. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join!

Ideal candidate:
- Degree preferable
- Ideally worked on residential projects (apartments/housing)
- Previous experience working on large scale projects

Duties will include:
- Leading a project through to completion
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the directors
- Agreeing main contract sums
- Managing variations and claims
- Managing the cash flow
- Procuring materials and subcontractors
- Attending project progress meetings
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports
- Preparation of final accounts
