We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a rapidly growing team delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics. You will play a key role in the delivery of major data centre construction projects in Finland and Norway. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in-country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland or Norway (11/3 rotation).

Planning and Preparation
- Lead Quality Management for the project, acting as the interface between the Client and Contractor Quality teams
- Manage the project Quality team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations
- Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner
- Prepare, develop, and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with owner specifications
- Communicate all quality specifications to service providers, equipment manufacturers and integrators, specialty package contractors, and the Commissioning Agent
- Establish project-specific requirements relating to Factory Witness Testing and manage the planning and execution of off-site quality activities
Execution
- Ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of quality processes and monitor compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and confirm that contractor Quality Control plans are in place, effective, and compliant with project contract requirements
- Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner
- Manage all construction documentation and test packs through the client-provided EDM system
- Ensure the project meets all required specifications prior to handover to the commissioning team
- Manage trade-to-trade handovers in line with the project IMS
Quality Culture
- Promote a strong culture of quality across the project
- Deliver quality-focused inductions and training for all operatives, including off-site project team members and integrator contractors
You will bring:
- Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects
- Experience working on data centre or technology projects is preferred but not essential
- Experience working within consultancy, general contractor, or client-side environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work within fast-paced, large-scale construction environments
- Willingness to commit to international travel and rotational working arrangements
