V7 are looking for an experienced Pump Fitter on behalf of our close client, operating in the Manufacturing and Utilities Industry. The business has a large portfolio of work and this is the opportunity to join a growing business with long-term development opportunities. The role is full time, permanent and on offer is a salary of up to £35,000, along with 5 weeks annual leave and unique company benefits.
Key duties:
- Dismantle rotating equipment to component level.
- Identification of components.
- Compile detailed condition reports on equipment dismantled.
- Fault-finding on break down equipment.
- Assemble equipment using engineering drawings or experience/knowledge.
- Interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, schematics, and repair equipment, utilising specialist knowledge and standard test instruments and tools.
- Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems encountered.
- Present a professional image, support and promote brand values at all times.
