Fire Alarm Project Manager – Southwark, London

V7 Recruitment is working with a well-established, medium-sized, family-run contractor specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of fire alarm and life safety systems.

With an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects across London and the South East, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead a flagship project in Southwark.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a multi-million-pound fire alarm installation on a single site, allowing you to focus on delivering one major project rather than managing multiple locations.

The Project

You'll be responsible for managing the installation of a new, upgraded fire alarm system within a live environment.

The project requires careful planning and coordination to ensure the existing fire alarm system remains fully operational throughout the programme, while being progressively integrated with the new system to maintain continuous life safety protection.

The Role Manage the project from installation through to commissioning and handover.

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers on site.

Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Liaise closely with the client and other project stakeholders.

Oversee the phased integration of the new and existing fire alarm systems.
