Lead and deliver Design & Build projects (£500k–£10M) across the UK.
Manage multiple schemes, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality targets.
Act as main liaison between clients, design teams, and supply chain.
Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
Drive collaboration and performance across project teams and offices.
Conduct regular site visits (typically 1–2 per week).
Use MS Project and Procore for planning and reporting (training provided).
Spend around three days per week in the Manchester office, promoting a “one-team” culture.
