Our client is a well-established construction company specialising in high-rise residential developments across London. Following a period of continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an exciting new-build high rise apartment scheme in London.

About you: The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential projects from start to finish. You’ll be:
- A strong and effective leader
- Highly motivated and driven
- Experienced in managing multi-occupancy or high-rise schemes
- Confident overseeing complex build programmes and ensuring quality delivery
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a major new-build apartment development
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and budget
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to maintain cost control
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality on site
- Chair regular progress meetings with the client and subcontractors
- Provide leadership and line management to the Senior Site Manager and Site Managers
