V7 Recruitment are working with a growing property investment and management company, specialising in the refurbishment of student accommodation. We’re looking for a driven Project Manager with consultancy or client-side experience to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Client-side or consultancy experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects
- Previous experience in multi-occupancy projects (student accommodation, residential, or similar)
- Strong understanding of H&S legislation and the project lifecycle
- Proven ability in budget management and programme tracking
- Solid knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience with JCT building contracts and contract administration
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the coordination of capital projects (£1m–£15m)
- Working closely with the Senior PM on end-to-end project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Assisting with project and group-level specifications
- Helping to set budgets and manage capex/fees from pre-acquisition through to completion
- Procuring reports and cost plans for funding approvals, including commercial negotiations
- Supporting supply chain, contractors, and consultants to achieve time, cost, and quality targets
- Assisting with contract tendering, procurement strategies, and contract administration
- Ensuring successful delivery in line with Development and Facility Agreements
