Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door/Passive Fire Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver multiple projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and long-term career prospects with a well-established and industry leading client within the fire protection space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of fire door and passive fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate fire door and passive fire protection contracts across multiple sites
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee health & safety compliance, quality assurance, and documentation
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits as required
- Ensure works are delivered in line with current legislation, standards (e.g., BM TRADA), and best practices
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Provide technical support and leadership to site-based teams
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing fire door and passive fire protection contracts
- Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience delivering projects in commercial, residential, or public-sector environments
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London
