A leading commercial interiors specialist is seeking an experienced and strategic MEP Manager to join their senior Operations Team. With a strong reputation and a projected turnover of £70M+, this business delivers high-performance workspaces across the UK and Europe. In this role, you’ll lead MEP strategy, driving innovation, efficiency, and quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement MEP strategies that improve project performance and win rates
  • Align design, cost, and delivery with internal teams and external consultants
  • Ensure MEP solutions maximise value, reduce on-site complexity, and meet client needs
  • Oversee resource planning and technical delivery across all stages of projects
  • Elevate MEP thinking as a core part of the design process

About You

  • Strong MEP background, ideally within design & build or commercial interiors
  • Skilled in both mechanical and electrical services (mechanical bias desirable)
  • Senior-level experience with a strategic and commercially focused mindset
