V7 Recruitment are working with a reputable, forward-thinking Residential Builder in their search for a Technical Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator within the new build housing sector is advantageous
- Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious attitude
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Hands on approach
- AutoCAD experience will be beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on projects from tender stage taking responsibility for the tender packs highlighting risks, opportunities and any anticipated commercial issues.
- Ensuring projects are being built in line with current building regulations.
- Once sites are accepted doing full technical appraisals/reviews ensuring the full technical team required is in place ahead of construction.
- Liaising with the external technical team including architect and engineers from precon through to handover.
- Working with building control.
- Managing the Technical Coordinator.
