V7 Recruitment are working with a reputable, forward-thinking Residential Builder in their search for a Technical Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator within the new build housing sector is advantageous
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious attitude
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
  • Hands on approach
  • AutoCAD experience will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on projects from tender stage taking responsibility for the tender packs highlighting risks, opportunities and any anticipated commercial issues.
  • Ensuring projects are being built in line with current building regulations.
  • Once sites are accepted doing full technical appraisals/reviews ensuring the full technical team required is in place ahead of construction.
  • Liaising with the external technical team including architect and engineers from precon through to handover.
  • Working with building control.
  • Managing the Technical Coordinator.
