Our client is a leading UK design and build fitout contractor looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join their team. This newly elevated position will play a key role in shaping the company’s national supply chain strategy, strengthening supplier partnerships, and driving operational excellence.

Duties include:
- Leading supply chain strategy and positioning the business as a preferred client for top-tier suppliers.
- Sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with high-quality suppliers across multiple trades.
- Maintaining and improving the supplier database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implementing supplier KPIs, performance reviews, and consistent feedback processes.
- Gathering market intelligence to support commercial strategy, procurement decisions, and rate reviews.
- Ensuring supply chain processes meet required safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Driving process improvements, including digital workflow enhancements.
- Working closely with commercial, pre-contract, and delivery teams to ensure fair allocation of opportunities.
- Supporting team development and contributing to wider strategic discussions.
