V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing projects.

Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience on Housing projects is preferred
- Happy to work office based with travel to site once per week
- Able to commercially manage your own projects
- Ambitious and motivated work attitude
- Strong management skills
- COINS experience is beneficial
Duties will include:
- Working office based with occasional travel to site.
- Mentoring more junior members of the team.
- Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
- Preparation of final accounts.
- Identifying commercial risks.
- Monitoring cash flow.
