We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of our day-to-day operational processes. This role is central to the business and oversees an Operations Administrator to ensure all placements, payroll and invoicing activity is completed accurately and on time.

You will be involved in the full cycle of contract administration including processing placements, collating timesheets and expenses, ensuring compliance requirements are met, raising invoices, managing credit control, processing contractor payments and maintaining accurate records across our accounting system. You will also take responsibility for ledger management, reconciliations and general operational oversight to keep everything running efficiently.

We are looking for someone who brings structure, ownership and strong communication skills. The right person will take pride in the quality of their work and will enjoy being the go-to person for all operational processes within a fast paced recruitment environment.

  • You communicate clearly, provide excellent customer care and can build positive relationships
  • You are forward thinking and look for ways to improve processes and working practices
  • You take a professional and positive approach and are comfortable multitasking
  • You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering high quality work
  • You pick up new tools, systems and skills quickly
  • Experience in the recruitment sector is ideal but not essential
  • Experience with accounting packages such as Xero would be beneficial, although full training can be given

  • Working hours 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 16:00 Friday
