The opportunity:
Fancy being an Electrical Delivery Lead on a hyperscale build project that is seeing one of Europe’s largest data centres being delivered? One of the world’s leading projects of this current time in this space for a world-leading business?
On that basis, we are looking for an Electrical Lead on a permanent basis to use your expertise on this mega project. So a real chance to get some of the most interesting project experience with other high-profile projects to get your teeth into once these are done (we are delivering data centres in 7 countries at present to give you an idea).
We’re actually open to the background here, but you will need some solid Electrical Lead experience. If you have worked in Finland before, even better.
Finland location:
The elephant in the room is these roles are based in Finland so you would have to relocate out there or go on a rotation. But let’s be honest, it’s better out there than the UK these days! So that’s an easy sell…
Add on the outstanding package of €120k basic salary, all accommodation covered (and that’s the same for family), car (fuel paid for), 25 day holiday, daily food allowance, healthcare, all accommodation costs covered (for family as well), matched pension that makes the decision pretty easy for a lot of people.

The Person:
We’re actually open to the background here, but something data centre on a hyperscale build would be good. Someone who has led the electrical delivery on a similar project.
We’re more bothered about getting the right “person” in who can add value from day one and use your expertise of Electrical Engineering of these mega data centres build delivery, which is set to go on for the next 6 years at least.
