V7 Recruitment are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work with our client on an apartment build scheme in Manchester City Centre!
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Negotiable
Duties:
- Managing 6-8 packages for the duration of the contract.
- Monitor project costs and manage budgets throughout construction.
- Assess and value progress payments and variations.
- Perform cost analysis and prepare financial reports.
- Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
