About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to oversee and deliver fire door remedial and installation projects across a variety of sites, including schools and public buildings. You’ll be hands-on with installs and remedials while managing a small team on site to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside installation teams on fire door remedials and installs
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards
- Carry out site inspections and progress reporting
- Liaise with project managers and site contacts
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience with fire door installation and remedials
- Previous site supervision or lead installer experience
- Full UK driving licence, own car, and tools
- Good understanding of health & safety on site
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality workmanship
Desirable (but not essential):
- IPAF qualification
- NVQ Level 2 (Joinery / Carpentry or equivalent)
