V7 Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading mission critical construction business to appoint an experienced CSA Package Manager for a major hyperscale data centre development in the Nordics. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages on a large-scale data centre campus, working within a high-performing project delivery team on one of the fastest-growing sectors in Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving package delivery from construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex CSA packages within a live hyperscale project environment. The position offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to project leadership teams and excellent long-term progression opportunities within the mission critical sector.

  • Manage and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations in conjunction with the wider project team
  • Drive quality assurance and quality control processes across assigned packages
  • Coordinate project activities with planners, project managers, subcontractors and design teams
  • Lead subcontractor coordination and performance management
  • Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings and handover sessions
  • Review drawings and technical information to ensure buildability and successful project execution
  • Support commercial management activities including variations, package reporting and progress tracking

Previous experience as a CSA Package Manager, CSA Manager, Construction Manager or similar role is required. A strong background delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large-scale construction projects is essential. Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders is necessary, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.

Strong planning, sequencing and programme management awareness is important, as well as a strong understanding of site operations, quality processes and Health & Safety requirements. Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or mission critical project experience would be highly advantageous.
