V7 Recruitment are working with a main contractor who have some amazing residential refurbishment projects on in London. The projects consist of complex refurbishments and conversions into high-end apartments! They are seeking a Freelance Project Manager to lead this project.
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months
The Role:
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city-centre development.
- Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones.
- Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard and in line with the program.
- Coordinate the design team as well as all on-site activity.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments/conversions.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management.
