V7 Recruitment are working with a global leader in the data centre industry who are looking for a CSA Project Manager to support delivery of a Data Centre project in Finland! This role is based full time in Finland.

Ideal candidate
- Proven experience delivering CSA packages on data centre or large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in civil, structural or architectural disciplines
- Experience working for a contractor, consultancy or client-side environment
- Solid understanding of full project lifecycle from groundworks through to handover
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, high-value environments
- Willingness to be based full-time in Finland
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CSA scope from early works through to completion and handover
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and consultants across civil, structural and architectural packages
- Monitor programme, quality, cost and risk within CSA works
- Ensure works are delivered in line with design, specifications and project timelines
- Support commissioning and handover phases in coordination with MEP teams
- Report on progress, risks and issues to senior leadership
- Drive health & safety and quality standards across site
