We are partnered with a leading mission critical construction business to appoint an experienced CSA Construction Manager for a major hyperscale data centre development in Northern Europe. This is a senior site leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural works across a large-scale data centre campus. The role will play a key part in driving programme performance, managing subcontractor delivery and ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working within an established project leadership team, you will take ownership of CSA construction activities from mobilisation through to handover, helping deliver a complex mission critical project within one of Europe's fastest-growing sectors.

The Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to lead CSA delivery on a major hyperscale development, working alongside experienced project, engineering and construction professionals in a highly collaborative project environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractor performance, maintaining programme milestones and supporting the overall success of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities across assigned project areas
  • Manage day-to-day site operations in conjunction with the wider project leadership team
  • Drive programme performance and ensure key project milestones are achieved
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, performance and resource planning
  • Ensure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications
  • Coordinate activities with planners, project managers, consultants, engineering teams and subcontractors
  • Review drawings, technical information and construction documentation to ensure buildability and successful execution
  • Support commercial activities including change management, variations and package performance reviews
  • Chair and participate in construction, planning and progress meetings
  • Identify and resolve technical, design and coordination issues throughout project delivery
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained across all site activities
  • Support commissioning, snagging, handover and project closeout activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a CSA Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager, Senior Package Manager or similar leadership position
  • Strong background managing Civil, Structural and Architectural works on large-scale construction projects
  • Proven experience leading site teams and managing subcontractor performance
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery and site coordination
  • Experience working within complex construction environments involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies and site operations
  • Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or mission critical project experience would be highly advantageous
