V7 Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi-Disciplined Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a leading global organisation delivering fire detection and security solutions across the UK. The role will cover the Midlands and will require occasional travel to support projects and customer sites across the wider service area. You will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and fault finding on complex, fully integrated fire and security systems, working with end customers across a range of sectors. You will also support the sales, project management, and commercial teams to ensure projects and service contracts are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and diagnose faults on large integrated fire and security systems
- Complete clear and accurate documentation, including work reports, service reports, and commissioning certificates
- Deliver a high level of customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Manage service delivery on-site and remotely, including attending site meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and procedures
- Apply strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Take part in out of hours rota
Requirements
- Significant experience working within the Fire & Security industry
- Proven experience servicing and commissioning complex fire detection and integrated security systems
- Strong knowledge of multiple manufacturers' systems and equipment
- Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer service
