Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
  • Strong background in construction or project delivery (contractor, consultancy or client-side)
  • Experience managing large-scale projects or key project workstreams
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle including construction, commissioning and handover
  • Experience managing stakeholders, contractors and consultants
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
  • Willingness to be based full-time in Finland

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of data centre projects or major work packages from construction through to handover
  • Manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk on assigned project scope
  • Ensure successful coordination between CSA, MEP and commissioning teams
  • Drive project reporting and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Support commissioning, IST and final handover processes
  • Ensure delivery aligns with project objectives, timelines and quality standards
