My client are a reputable Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team in the North West! This will be a project based role working on a residential scheme in Manchester City Centre. (CONTRACT) Ideal candidate * Experience in managing delivery on large projects across facades, internals and finishes * Used to working autonomously and able to show to initiative. * Will have previously worked on a new-build residential project. * Has experience managing the internal packages on a project. * Strong eye for detail. * Ambitious individual who is wanting to grow and develop with a company. * Solution provider, assertive and good communication skills. Duties will include * Reporting direct to a site based Project Manager. * Coordinate trades, labour and equipment * Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers. * Monitoring site performance against the programme. * Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site. * Quality control. * Short term programme changes. * Site inductions and toolbox talks.
