We are currently seeking an experienced Multiskilled Fire Engineer to work on a large student accommodation portfolio, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple occupied and newly refurbished sites.
Scope of Work
- Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control and intercom systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Small remedial works and system upgrades
- Completing service reports and associated documentation
- Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and client requirements
- Delivering a high level of customer service whilst working within occupied buildings
Location: Work will be carried out across student accommodation sites throughout Manchester.
Contract Details
- £33.00 - £35.00 per hour
- Outside IR35
- Weekly pay every Friday
- 5-day working week
- Overtime available
- Enhanced overtime rates
- Long-term project with consistent contract
