We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a Fire & Security Engineer to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work across the Guildford area. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience across a range of fire and security systems, looking for a stable, well-paid role with additional overtime opportunities.
Start Date
Approximately 3–4 weeks from application, following security clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on fire and security systems
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of fire alarms, extinguishers, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and other security systems
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and site standards
- Record and report all maintenance and service activity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a fire & security engineer
- Competent with a range of fire and security systems
- Own tools and valid driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
