Location: North West & West Midlands/Staffordshire

V7 Recruitment is working with a long‑established and respected client in the healthcare technology sector who is seeking an experienced Technical Field Engineer to join their UK team. This company has their own bespoke nurse call system, meaning a full training programme will be implemented from day one. You do not need to have existing experience in Nurse Call systems (although it would be beneficial). Candidates with an engineering background and good understanding of IT systems will also excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance and support of specialist nurse call systems across care homes and hospitals.
  • Regional field‑based role with occasional UK travel.
  • On‑call rota duties for technical support.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a field‑based technical role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical installations (training provided on systems).
  • Full UK driving licence.
