We are supporting a leading construction contractor on the appointment of an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a major project team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering large-scale data centre projects, working as part of an established commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Measure work packages from drawings and prepare package pricing
  • Manage project budgets and cost reporting
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Prepare monthly valuations and commercial reports
  • Manage client and subcontractor communications
  • Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
  • Manage contractual notices, claims and change control
  • Support commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience managing MEP packages is preferred
  • Data centre, mission-critical or large-scale construction experience is advantageous
