V7 Recruitment are working with a global leader in the data centre industry who are looking for a CSA Project Manager to support delivery of a Data Centre project in Finland. This role is based full time in Finland.

Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience delivering CSA packages on data centre or large‑scale construction projects
  • Strong background in civil, structural or architectural disciplines
  • Experience working for a contractor, consultancy or client‑side environment
  • Solid understanding of full project lifecycle from groundworks through to handover
  • Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in complex, fast‑paced, high‑value environments
  • Willingness to be based full‑time in Finland

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CSA scope from early works through to completion and handover
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and consultants across civil, structural and architectural packages
  • Monitor programme, quality, cost and risk within CSA works
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with design, specifications and project timelines
  • Support commissioning and handover phases in coordination with MEP teams
  • Report on progress, risks and issues to senior leadership
  • Drive health & safety and quality standards across site
