V7 Recruitment are partnering with a leading data centre and mission-critical construction business to appoint an experienced Electrical Construction Manager for a major hyperscale data centre programme in Northern Europe. This is a senior site leadership opportunity responsible for managing the successful delivery of electrical works across a large-scale technical construction project.
Working within an established project team, the successful individual will play a key role in driving programme performance, managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Europe’s fastest-growing construction sectors, working on a major development alongside experienced project, engineering, commercial and construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of electrical construction activities across assigned project areas, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, quality and safety objectives.
- Lead site-based teams and specialist electrical subcontractors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive programme performance by monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate closely with project management, planning, engineering and commissioning teams to support successful project execution.
