Contract Length: 18-20 Weeks
Start date: June 2026
Rate: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day demolition activities and site teams
- Ensure full Health & Safety and CDM compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
- Produce RAMS and report on progress
- Liaise with clients and local authorities
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in demolition projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Strong leadership skills
