  • Previous experience as a Buyer within the housing or construction sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office-based role, procuring all materials required for housing developments
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget

  • Obtain and compare quotes on pricing and availability from multiple suppliers
  • Track, manage, and report on the overall cost of new purchases
