My client are a reputable Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Design Manager to join their team for an exciting project in Leeds!

Ideal candidate:
- Experience coordinating large scale new build projects
- Ambitious and motivated work attitude
- Multi sector experience (desirable not essential)
Duties will include:
- Managing the design process within agreed timescales whilst displaying excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.
- Coordinating all design stakeholders on the project including subcontractors and consultants.
- Working with the design and delivery teams to explore design alternatives.
- Ensure the design process meets current legislation and strive to eliminate health & safety risks during the construction.
