This is an excellent opportunity for a driven operational leader to join a well-established organisation undergoing continued growth and investment. The successful candidate will take ownership of production operations, leading teams to deliver performance improvements across safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while developing and mentoring a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure targets for output, quality, and delivery are achieved.
  • Develop and implement production strategies that support wider business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Manage production planning, resource allocation, and workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimise performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Senior Production Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong background within a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and manufacturing best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
