Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial office fit-out projects
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
- Manage health & safety compliance across all site activities
- Coordinate with design teams, clients, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Identify and resolve project risks and delivery challenges

- Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects
- Background working for a main contractor
