The Opportunity
We are looking for an entry‑level Operations Coordinator to support the business and teams out in the field to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. This role offers proper training & development, opportunities to move up into larger roles, and a chance to start a career after college or no progression.
The Person
We are open to all backgrounds and will provide full training. We want someone who sees this as an opportunity and wants to use it as a stepping stone into bigger roles. Some administration knowledge, computer skills, and basic AI knowledge are helpful.
The role:
- Log and track queries and service requests.
- Support invoice processing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.

- Assist with administration.
