V7 Recruitment are working with a growing main contractor who have some amazing residential refurbishment projects in London. The projects consist of complex refurbishments and conversions into high-end apartments. They are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their London team.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city-centre development.
  • Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones.
  • Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard and in line with the programme.
  • Coordinate the design team as well as all on-site activity.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments/conversions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management.
  • Has ambition to stay and progress with the company.
