V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our client - a leading specialist in full building envelope solutions. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to lead projects and mentor a developing commercial team within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within construction
- Strong contractual knowledge including JCT and NEC contracts
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent client management, negotiation and reporting skills
- Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC/HND or Degree level preferred)
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Experience within façades, glazing, cladding or main contracting advantageous
Key Duties:
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects
- Prepare CVRs, budgets, cashflow forecasts and tender documentation
- Monitor project costs, variations and change control
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project delivery teams
- Procure subcontractors and manage valuations/payments
- Attend site meetings and support project delivery
- Lead and manage direct reports within the commercial team
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
